"Dr. Pappagallo is a very special doctor. He is, of course, superb at what he does: finding ways to alleviate pain. But he does so much more. He spends the time to get to know a patient. He listens closely, learning about his patient. He genuinely cares and will spend the time needed. I feel myself lucky to be his patient."

"Dr. Pappagallo, in addition to being a wonderful person, is an extremely bright clinician and entrepreneur. He "thinks outside of the box" and has come up with some tremendous ideas and treatments for his patients. Marco is a joy to work with. He has international networks and an international and excellent reputation. He is Molto Bene!

"Dr. Pappagallo gave my life back to me... I was in so much; I could barely function when I first saw him. He listens to his patients, and the prescribes just the right amount of pain medication to relieve the pain which is great as it allowed me to continue to do my job which is researching new computer and network technology (writing/reading papers, hands-on evaluation, etc). He is simply the best, and if you suffer from chronic pain Dr. P is the person to see as he is always filled with options as opposed to doing what the majority of pain management doctors do which push pills to the patient just to get them out of the office and end up over medicating the patient -or- the doctors who don't listen and do not give enough patient pain medication to get relief. When speaking to his other patients while waiting in waiting room at in his office or seeing them at Pharmacy getting medication, they all have high praise for Dr. P, and people travel from all over tri-state area to see him. You never hear one bad word about Dr. P. and more importantly he listens and solves the problems... He is simply the best. Without him, I would not be able to have a life- he gave it back to me, and prevented me from going on disability, He is the best Pain Management Specialist out there... if you can, see him, and not the rest!"

Yes, there is a wait time, but when you are a professional in demand, that's not uncommon. He's in demand for a reason. Honestly, I'd be willing to sit in a waiting room for several hours a month if it mean that the balance of that month would be more fulfilling, more normal, and pain free. It's a small investment of time for a life handed back to a patient who has been suffering with chronic, unrelenting pain. Dr. Pappagallo is more than an excellent physician; he is an empathetic, approachable human being. He is sincerely invested in the health and lives of his patients. He is a wonderful man, and if you happen to take a turn for the worst, he is on his feet immediately. He is worthy of your trust. I am so thankful that our paths crossed. He literally changed the course of my life.
